Also, can someone please explain to me why Amazon and the post office are conspiring to make my package which shipped out of Atlanta on 8/11 arrive at my doorstep on 8/16? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I have sent things across the country in less time, and I’m not even speaking of expedited shipping.

  2. I liked Aisha’s post, too.

    As for shipping – perhaps they used SmartPost… My husband worked there briefly. Apparently the US Post office lets FedEx handle some of their packages and they get shipped to some odd locations that seem really out of the way of their destination. I’ve seen a lot of SmartPost complaints on the internet with regards to things people ordered being shipped way late.
