The reason we have duplicate data…

Anyone who reads either Dan or Stuart is familiar with the infamous duplicate data incidents, where their vendor informed them the reason they had duplicate data was because they had duplicate data.

Apparently, such clarity of thinking is not reserved for members of the software industry only:
